EKTU Journal of Architectural and Construction Sciences is a peer-reviewed open-access journal published in Kazakhstan and is dedicated to fundamental and applied research in the fields of architecture, urban planning, building structures, construction engineering, building materials, and sustainable development of the built environment.
The journal publishes original research and review articles covering a wide range of topics, including architectural design and theory, urban and regional planning, sustainable architecture, building physics, structural mechanics, construction technologies, advanced building materials, digital design and BIM technologies, energy-efficient buildings, and resilience of structures.
Since 2026, the journal continues the legacy of the journal “D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University Bulletin”, which was originally established in 1999.
The journal provides open access to all published articles and adheres to international ethical standards of scholarly publishing, ensuring transparency, quality, and global dissemination of research results.
