APPLICATION OF STATE SUPPORT FOR THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR IN THE ECONOMY OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

Agriculture is undoubtedly a key sector of the economy of many countries, providing significant growth of the world economy due to the high share of new technologies both in the production process and in the service infrastructure. Active development and technological modernization of the agricultural production process necessitates the use of new digital technologies in this industry.

Stable functioning of the agricultural sector is one of the components of economic growth. Agriculture constantly needs stable financing of its activities, either external or internal, because the slightest failure in the constantly operating production cycle can lead to a protracted, low-profit, or even unprofitable state. It is known that agriculture is quite risky, which is why the state should take the solution to the problems of reducing the degree of this risk. In this regard, this article examines state support for agriculture in Kazakhstan and the effectiveness of its results.

To conduct research, a systematic approach to data selection, methods of quantitative and qualitative research of reality, methods of economic, statistical and comparative analysis as a methodological tool for solving problems are used. It should be noted that the low level of state support in Kazakhstan, especially financial, is a serious obstacle to increasing its competitiveness and efficiency. The current state of the agricultural sector leads to the fact that the mechanism of state regulation is mainly aimed at preserving and developing land, material and technical, financial, labor and information resources. Based on this, the need to develop a scientifically sound state program for effective regulation of the agricultural sector of the country's economy is obvious.
