Author Guidelines
This section (“For Authors”) provides the Authors Guidelines, submission instructions, and publication policies.
1. Submission Language
- Manuscripts can be submitted in English, Russian, or Kazakh
- For international indexing, English abstracts, keywords, and figure/table captions are mandatory
- Authors are strongly encouraged to submit the full manuscript in English for wider visibility.
2. Manuscript Preparation
2.1 Structure
Manuscripts should follow the IMRAD structure:
- Introduction – research objectives, background, hypothesis
- Materials and Methods – experimental, computational, or analytical methods
- Results and Discussion – main findings and interpretation
- Conclusion – key outcomes and recommendations
- References – formatted in APA 7th edition
Additional sections:
- Conflict of Interest – clearly state if any exist
- Funding – list grants and support sources
- Acknowledgments – credit contributors not listed as authors
- Declaration on AI Usage – if generative AI tools were used, specify tool and purpose
2.2 Abstract and Keywords
- Abstract: 100–150 words, stating relevance, objective, methods, results, significance, and future directions
- Keywords: 5–8, separated by commas
2.3 References
- Minimum 15 sources; at least 5 must be international
- Use APA 7th edition formatting
- Include DOI or URL where available
- For Russian/Kazakh sources in English-language manuscripts, provide transliteration
3. Submission Process
- Manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the journal’s online submission system
- File format: .doc or .docx, maximum size 2 MB
- Authors should include a Title Page, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text, References, and Author Information
- Manuscripts are checked for originality (≥65% originality; ≤25% text overlap)

4. Peer Review
- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review
- Reviewers evaluate: novelty, methodology, clarity, relevance, and ethical compliance
- Typical review time: 4–6 weeks
5. Open Access and APC
- The journal is open access under the CC BY 4.0 license
- Article Processing Charge (APC): 50 000 KZT per accepted article
- APC payment is required after acceptance
6. Ethical Standards
Authors must comply with:
- Originality and plagiarism checks
- Proper citation of previous work
- Ethical treatment of human or animal subjects, if applicable
- Disclosure of conflicts of interest and funding sources
7. Author Information
- Full name, academic degree, affiliation, city, country, email, and active ORCID link
- Author photos are optional for international submissions; mandatory only for internal records
8. Manuscript Template
All formatting rules (fonts, margins, figure/table style, title page, author info) are provided in the official manuscript template, which must be used for final submission.
