Abstract

The article examines the workflow of a still little-studied spring-disc mill that grinds industrial waste. One of the most energy-intensive operations in the mining, chemical, construction and agricultural industries is the grinding process, which can account for up to 50% of the total energy consumption of an enterprise. The article is devoted to improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of the material grinding workflow in a spring disc mill, which are key challenges in the context of modern technological transformation and stricter environmental standards. Optimal design innovations and operating modes of shredding equipment can lead to significant savings in electricity costs, improved quality of the final product, reduced wear of mechanisms and, as a result, reduced operating costs. The article examines the effect of the diameter of the through hole of bypass burners on the duration, productivity and fineness of the pump. Graphical dependencies and characteristics of the size of the material that has passed/has not passed the bypass are given. The effect on the grinding intensity of the gaps between the movable and fixed elements of the grinding chamber and the movement of the material inside the grinding chamber, depending on the size of the passage opening of the bypass partition, is shown. A detailed analysis of the dependence of the mine's performance on all influencing factors is given
