THE THE RESULTS OF OBSERVATIONS OF TYPICAL CASES OF DEFORMATIONS OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF BUILDINGS AND THE ANALYSIS OF THE MISTAKES MADE IN THE REGIONAL CONDITIONS OF THE SOUTH OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to identify the factors influencing the occurrence of deformations of the foundations of buildings, analyze common errors, develop recommendations for improving the quality of construction work and increasing the stability of buildings in the conditions of Southern Kazakhstan. When developing the topic, the field research method was applied, as well as methods of expert assessment and comparative analysis. The observations were carried out on the construction of foundations and the construction of foundations of construction facilities of modern practice in Shymkent. The results of this study will help identify the causes of deformations and serve as practical recommendations for their prevention, which helps to improve the operation of buildings and reduce the cost of their repair and restoration. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of applying the conclusions and recommendations to improve the quality of construction and design in the southern region of Kazakhstan.
