RESEARCH OF APPROACHES TO PARAMETERISATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE CADASTRAL SYSTEM OF REAL ESTATE REGISTRATION AND RECORDING

Abstract

The article discusses the problems arising in the field of land and property relations, which are not due to the perfection of the cadastral system of the state. The modern experience of creation, development and improvement of the cadastral system of Russia is shown. The parameters of the cadastral system efficiency are developed and their optimal values for effective, rational and nature-oriented economic use of land resources and real estate objects on the territory of the state are shown. Approaches to the assessment of the economic component of the effectiveness of the cadastral system and its contribution to the formation of the management system of the land and property complex are considered. Five principles of effective land use on the territory of the state are formulated and scientifically substantiated. Conclusions describing the relationship between the effectiveness of the cadastre system and the level of development of the rational land use system on the territory of the state are made. An effective cadastral system contributes to the organization of a rational land use system and is one of its constituent components.
