INFORMATION-ANALYTICAL SYSTEM FOR FORECASTING THE FLOODING OF TERRITORIES DURING SEASONAL FLOOD

The article considers the main approaches to the design of an information-analytical system for forecasting the flooding of territories during seasonal floods. Flood monitoring technologies and methods for forecasting flooding of territories are described. A description of the possibility of assessing the potential development of the dynamics of flooded areas during flood activity of waters and floods based on the analysis of long-term monitoring data is also given. The basics of mathematical modeling, forecasting and assessment of the situation during floods are shown. The obtained results are shown.
