Abstract

In the era of digital technology and information threats, ensuring data security is a priority issue. This article presents an innovative computer model based on blockchain technology that provides reliable information security. With this model, transactions can be made securely and all data is stored in a blockchain, guaranteeing its integrity and irreplaceability. The developed program uses the SHA-256 algorithm to reliably compute hash values of textual information. In addition, the thesis presents examples of the practical application of blockchain technology, including opening a cyber wallet Metamask and conducting real transactions on the test network Goerli. The results of the study allow us to conclude that blockchain technology is promising and effective in ensuring information security
