ASSESSMENT OF PHYSICAL DETERIORATION AND PREDICTED REMAINING LIFETIME OF METAL FRAMES OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

The article analyses the problem of physical wear of metal structures of industrial building frameworks. The accumulation of damages associated with the aging of steel is considered by the example of a particular object. The results of experimental research of mechanical properties, chemical composition and structure of steel after long-term operation are given. A forecast of remaining service life of structures and their replacement is made.
