Abstract. The aim of the article is to develop a methodology for quantitative assessment and forecasting the level of digital maturity of the aviation industry. The digital model of industry maturity is considered as a composition of ten digital transformation technologies expertly weighted by the level of significance: “Neurotechnologies and artificial intelligence”; "Distributed registry technologies"; "Quantum technologies"; "New production technologies"; "Smart Manufacturing Technologies (Smart Manufacturing; "Components of Robotics and Sensors"; "Wireless Communication Technologies"; "Technologies of Virtual and Augmented Reality"; "Laser Technology". The resulting calculated level of digital maturity of the aviation industry is found by neural technology by mathematical convolution of differentiated estimates digital technologies Quantitative level of digital individual technologies is found by fuzzy modeling Quantitative value of the level of digital maturity of the industry is converted into a qualitative form using Harrington's desirability function.
