OF A CONVEYOR-TYPE TECHNOLOGICAL LINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AERATED CONCRETE PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR CONSTRUCTION IN SEISMICALLY HAZARDOUS AREAS

Abstract

The article presents the results of research on the modification of a conveyor-type production line for the manufacture of aerated concrete products suitable for construction in seismically hazardous areas. An analysis of the production of aerated concrete blocks using a conveyor-type production line at one of the enterprises in the East Kazakhstan region was carried out. The main reasons hindering the production of aerated concrete blocks for earthquake-resistant construction were identified. The results of the analysis of the technology for the production of aerated concrete blocks using a conveyor-type production line at one of the enterprises in the East Kazakhstan region are presented. The results of the modification of the conveyor-type production line for the manufacture of aerated concrete products suitable for construction in seismically hazardous areas are shown. The developed modification of the gas-ash concrete block production line will allow for the production of products with improved performance characteristics and can be used in sustainable construction practices.
