Abstract

Due to the high competition of technical inspection centers, there is a need to improve the efficiency of vehicle technical control lines. Technical control lines are a set of diagnostic equipment designed to assess the technical condition of vehicles. The efficiency of technical control lines refers to the number of vehicles per unit of time.

The purpose of this article is to develop a way to improve the efficiency of the diagnostic control line, which will reduce the total time of diagnosing vehicles at the diagnostic control line.

For the research, the following methods were used: analysis and mathematical modeling.

A mathematical model has been developed that determines the condition for the car to leave the stand on its own.

The research results can be used to develop a program for automatic control of a roller stand for diagnosing brake systems of cars.
