The main goal of this study is to identify and analyze methods for implementing the principles of environmental, social and corporate responsibility (ESG) at non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises to achieve sustainable business development and minimize negative impacts on the environment.
The study used methods of data analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, and a case method to study successful practices for implementing ESG in the non-ferrous metallurgy. The empirical base of the work includes data from enterprise reporting, scientific publications and statistical information reflecting the impact of ESG principles on business performance.
The originality of the work lies in an integrated approach to the study of ESG principles in the non-ferrous metallurgy, which allows us to identify key factors contributing to the implementation of sustainable practices. This information is relevant for industry enterprises seeking to increase their competitiveness and efficiency.
The study showed that the implementation of ESG principles not only improves environmental and social performance, but also increases the financial sustainability of companies. The development and implemen-tation of ESG strategies has accelerated the transition to sustainable development, increased investment attraction and strengthened the image of companies.
